So at the end of the video he states that the Bible was written from different parts of the world from different sources and different languages. Yet it all drives from One source. Well can't we just as much adopt the Muslim , Buddha, Hinduism, I mean they're from different parts of the world and they're from the source?

To all the people who say this guy is not making a good argument, I will give an example of what he is trying to say. Imagine you have a word in the Greek that is translated as thief, or stealer (someone who steals). However, there are many different types of "stealers": shoplifter, burglar, armed robber, strong-arm, pick pocket, etc. Just because one story uses the word to describe a shoplifter, doesn't mean every other use of the word should be translated as a shoplifter. You have to look at the context of the story. If Paul is casing a bank, then puts on a mask and goes in and "steals" the money, you know from the context of that story that he is not shoplifting, but probably armed robbery or strong arm. This guy is right when he talks about the context of how the word is used.

I can't wait to hear Ammons rebuttal to this, Dan needs to be spanked for being so nonsensical! If you can't reference the source documents, which he can't then he shouldn't speak on it, he wants proof but he refuses to hear the proof...watch Lady Babylon with an open mind Dan!

Why are these people making it so complicated??? In the Christian bible they are saying that Jesus IS the drug. He IS the ointment that will open the eyes. Drugs were prevalent then as now. Those people following this guy were saying he IS the drug... The annointed... Etcetera. It's seems simple and fairly obvious. I don't understand the mystery here or the debate here. All words can be translated ? I don’t agree with. Here in Belgium or France we have Latin and Greek language option at school at 15 years old with science. Is an option for the best students the future doctors in medicine.. how to translate ether? Even the great linguists from early 1800 who were various to translate the poems of Pindare -500 in Classical Greek. they only did one of 4 others books and all their introduction is written in order to explain how difficult is to translate the Ancient Greek. And they say all those who try that task have to accept the fact that they denatured the original meaning of the message ( metaphor, images,..) of the beautiful words of Pindare. Is only one example. Remember that French language is full of Latin and Greek roots. I would like to see MrPhD Dan. how does he translate some entire texts of Ancient Greek instead of just words one by one Other example : the English word fair-play have never been translated. The Spanish don’t use it, and the French saying fair-play knows that it means playing fairly but there is no word for that in other languages. Other than maybe playing a gentle manner or kind… ok, all words can be more or less define but not translated. From my experience (the 4 languages I speak since childhood, excluding the English.
